Dueling Pianos are two piano players/singers performing at two, face to face grand pianos in front of two large mirrors performing the classic rock ‘n roll hits from the 1950s to the present. It’s request driven by the audience and with the use of multiple teams, goes non-stop all night.

The Guthrie Theater has a new “30 Below” ticket program for audience members 30 years old and younger. Through this program, those 30 or younger can buy tickets at the same price as the public rush line on the day of any particular performance without having to wait in line. Depending on the show and the night of the week, “30 Below” patrons will be able to purchase individual tickets at prices as low as $15. Additionally, patrons taking part in “30 Below” can buy up to three additional tickets for accompanying parties not in the program.
As with the Guthrie rush line, “30 Below” tickets are subject to availability and best available seating at the time of the order. To enroll in the program, patrons 30 years old and younger can show proof of their age in person at the Guthrie Box Office. Once signed up, tickets can be purchased by phone or in person any time the day of the show. Members will also receive additional special offers throughout the season especially for “30 Below” members.

“Empowering people through bicycles”
Cycles for Change seems like a truly wonderful and unique place. They are a bike shop that empowers communities by teaching people to fix their own bicycle with their staff. They do this free of charge and anyone is welcome. They also offer programming that includes: volunteering to earn a bike for FREE, loaning out a bicycle to a community member for 6 months, and a youth apprenticeship program. They also sell new and used bicycles and parts.
Earn-a-Bike Orientations are held on the first Saturday of each month at 9am, then participants continue attending the Saturday morning classes for 3 additional weeks. The next open orientation is on Saturday, October 6th at 9am.
