Join Brandyn Negri of Sigh Yoga and Amber Schult of lululemon athletica’s shop at west end- as we combine our two favorite passions: cycling and yoga. Cyclists know that their Core and IT Bands need conditioned but who has time when all the fun is in the ride! Brandyn will lead you through simple and effective core strength excerises and yoga postures for: IT Band, Knees, Shoulders, Hamstring, Lower Back and Hips! A consistent Power Vinyasa Yoga practice helps improve breathing and mental concentration while riding as well as reducing the gap between injury and riding. Amber Schult will lead us on an 8 mile loop from Sigh Yoga and around the trails. Amber is an expert rider and is extremely passionate about cycling. She will answer any and all questions about cycling, styles of bikes and of course- lululemon.
