St. Paul has Cycles for Change, but now Minneapolis has SPOKES it’s own free, community-oriented bike shop to offer everything you need to get you out and biking. Programs include open shop hours with tools and a mechanic to help you fix your bike, bike maintenance classes, group rides and bicycle riding and safety lessons.
