The cheese making kits are sold by Wild Dance Vineyards of Delano, MN. I know a few people who make their own cheese and say it’s pretty easy. I’m not sure anyone can call themselves a “foodie” until they’ve tried making their own cheese. For those new to cheese making, these kits may be a good place to start. Nothing tastes better than fresh cheese!
