Chef Tim Pohland’s St. Patrick’s Day meal will leave your guests green with envy. Forget the green beer and milkshakes, these Irish favorites add a touch of class to any celebration. Taste Guinness and Onion Soup with Irish Cheddar Croutons, Black-and-Tan Pork with Spicy Slaw and Bangers and Mash.
