Saint Paul Islands History Bike Tour

You’re invited on a guided bicycle tour of at least seven (7) “islands” in Saint Paul. Some of these are historical islands, i.e. places that once were islands but are not islands any longer. Some of them are “islands” created by amptation or the shifting geography of the city. Others have always been, and remain, “islands” in non-oceanic ways.

The bike ride is 9 miles long, leisurely paced, and family friendly, though there is a hill or two. You’ll start at City House facing Harriet Island, go through downtown, and finish near the Flat Earth Brewery on Railroad Island.
