While our Minnesota spring may not last as long or have the majestic Parisian boulevards and parks that accentuate its glory, Culinary Shop Manager Joan Donatelle has the sparkle and culinary chops to recreate French joie de vivre in our cooking studio. Watch and learn as Joan recreates French classics like Gougères (cheese puffs), Moules Marinières (mussels in white wine sauce) and Baba au Rhum (rum yeast cake).
