Dietitian Janice Cox, RD, LD and student dietetic intern, Kari Yorek celebrate National Berries Month with delectable and nutritious recipes. With berries at their flavor peak, now is the perfect time to broaden your culinary horizons. Incorporate more berries into your cooking – be amazed at their versatility and flavor-packing punch. Nibble on Raspberry and Honey-Glazed Hazelnut Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette, Grilled Chicken with selections of Blueberry Mojito Sauce and Blueberry Shallot Relish and Chilled Berry Soup.

Classes are $15 but each participant receives a $10 gift card to Lunds & Byerlys after the class.
