$5 cooking class: Fermented Foods

A healthy outside starts on the inside! Fermented foods are loaded with probiotics that can be so beneficial to your gut health.  These recipes will prove that foods big on nutrition can be big on flavor, too! Joan Donatelle shares the 101 on fermented foods and prepares: Apple, Sauerkraut & Cheddar Quesadillas, Korean Kimchi Chicken Burgers, and Clean Breeze Smoothies.
