$5 cooking class: Marshmallow Madness

A home made marshmallow’s ooey gooey goodness puts the commercial shelf product to shame. Making adult marshmallows from scratch is an easy, fun DIY project. Liz Gunderson, Food Blogger and Owner of deLizious Food Communications demonstrates how to make Miette, Bourbon and Margarita marshmallows. She also utilizes them in recipes for Bourbon-Pecan Popcorn Balls, Big Kid S’mores and Strawberry Marshmallow Skewers.
