RedRossa Italian Grille Executive Chef Carl Littlejohn injects our cooking studio with some Italian-inspired holiday spirit. Chef Carl crafted both brunch and dinner recipes to fit the occasion of your choice. Learn how the Italian approach toward cooking – utilizing top-notch seasonal ingredients with simple preparation techniques –is a great tactic to ensure a stress-free and pleasurable holiday meal. Sample Mini Tuscan Quiche, RedRossa Quattro Cheese Hash Browns, Mushroom Arancini (rice balls) and Roasted Pork Loin with Apple Brandy Compote.
