$5 cooking class: Tapas with El Meson and Café Ena

Chef Hector Ruiz and Restaurateur Erin Ungerman own and operate Minneapolis’ El Meson and Café Ena and the upcoming Rincon 38, a tapas bar on Grand Avenue. Hector and Erin’s neighborhood restaurants specialize in Spanish, Caribbean and Latin Fusion cuisine in a warm, inviting atmosphere. The produce is fresh and all the food made from scratch every day. Nibble on Gambas Al Ajillo (shrimp in a white wine garlic sauce), Croquetas de Jamón Y Queso (ham & cheese croquettes) and Champinones (oven roasted mushrooms in a sherry sauce with artichoke hearts). A wine pairing is included in class.
