Preparing a romantic or special occasion meal need not be a stressful chore. Chef Tim Pohland presents a step-by-step cooking tutorial on preparing a three course menu. Chef Tim’s laid back teaching style, passion for food and clear and concise instructions put even the most novice of cooks at ease. Students leave with the expertise and confidence to recreate Tim’s scrumptious dishes at home. Sample Roasted Yellow Beet Salad with Blue Cheese, Almonds and Balsamic Vinaigrette, Wild Rice Stuffed Cornish Game Hens and Truffled Polenta with Sautéed Mushrooms.
