Go Outside with Alchemy 365. We are partnering with Minneapolis Downtown Council and Hennepin County Government to offer free outdoor classes at Target Way!
Classes are located at Target Field (Metro Transit station) and are free for all – all are welcome! No need to pre-register, just round up the crew and show up for a fun yet challenging Monday night outside. Bring your own mat!
This is our bread and butter. Think: power yoga warm-up, 10 minutes of high intensity workouts with movements that change daily, power yoga cool-down. Every class starts with an overview of the class and workout structure followed by demos of the movements and modifications. Walk in antsy, walk out feeling more alive.
Who blends yoga and high-intensity intervals? We do. Break all the rules in this class. 50 minutes of power yoga with six 60 second “pulses” of functional movements throughout. Prepare for an incredible mix of fast flow, slow isometric holds, max effort high intensity pulses. Cap it off with a refreshing cool-down at the end of class to feel more alive than ever before.
This is not your typical yoga class. AFlow brings you strength, balance, and isometric holds with a faster flow. Peak postures change daily so you can progress in all aspects of your fitness journey. Designed for the athlete that needs a stretch day, but doesn’t want to Om.
