I’ve posted about Freegal before but figured I would put together a post for all of you new to phenoMNal twin cities or who have forgotten about this great service.  Freegal is a program operated by the Hennepin and St. Paul libraries that allows library cardholders to download three MP3 songs each week from your personal computer.
