Free bootcamp classes

CorePower Yoga is offering a few free bootcamp classes designed to give you a taste of what you will experience in CorePower Yoga’s 2-week BootCamp Program. The intense workouts involve circuit training, strength training, yoga, pilates, and plyometrics.

This is a 60 minute class. Please bring supportive gym shoes, water bottle, and a yoga mat.
