Free Crossfit AMRAP + Yoga

An entry level CrossFit workout, sandwiched between two outdoor yoga sessions.

The morning will begin with a 30 minute pre-WOD yoga session to prepare participants for the workout.

Next, participants will go through an entry level CrossFit workout designed with beginners in mind. Each movement will be taught in a detailed progression before the workout begins. Never tried CrossFit? Come check it out and learn more!

A post-WOD 30 minute restorative yoga session will facilitate recovery after the workout.

We’ll finish the morning with a gathering, lightly catered by Brasa Premium Rotisserie, where you can learn more about CrossFit and mingle with other participants!
