All you need is a library card to enjoy free magazine subscriptions on your computer, phone or tablet.  This program is offered through the Hennepin County Public Library & the St. Paul Public library, who will let those from other local libraries as well.  The magazines you download are managed via the RBdigital application.  There are no subscription limits and no due dates!
