Free screening: Alfred Hitchcock’s Marnie
Join Turner Classic Movies as they present the Road to Hollywood, bringing the experience of the TCM Classic Film Festival to 10 cities in North America this spring. The Minneapolis stop will include a screening of Alfred Hitchcock’s Marnie and will also feature an appearance by Golden Globe winner Tippi Herden. Hitchcock directed this thriller in vivid Technicolor about a compulsive thief, Marnie Edgar (Tippi Hedren). A handsome publisher (Sean Connery) attempts to illuminate the deep-seeded reason for her compulsive larceny.
