Chef Tim Pohland creates a delightful menu from the street food traditions of Morocco, Mexico and Germany. Street food is an unpretentious and affordable way to experience a country’s cuisine. Take the culinary plunge as Tim prepares Harira (traditional Moroccan chicken soup), Elote (Mexican grilled corn on the cob with cotija cheese) and Currywurst (German hot grilled pork sausage slices covered in curry ketchup).
