Knife Fest

October 28 and 29th is Knife Fest at Kitchen Window in Uptown. They will be having a large sale as well as free knife sharpening and practically free skills seminars.  Each seminar is $10 but you’ll receive a $10 gift certificate to Kitchen Window after the class.

Knife Skills: Basics
Let Kitchen Window’s Culinary Team give you the tips, tricks and techniques for making the most of your cutlery. You’ll learn the correct way to hold and cut with your knife as well as the foundational skills of food prep. We will explore knife basics and choosing the correct tool for the task.
