Today’s Star Tribune features an article on Laughter Yoga and I think it’s a really interesting concept. There are various groups in the Twin Cities that offer such classes that are listed in the article.
If interested, I recommend trying the Lake Harriet Free Laughing Club. This group meets every Monday at 6:30 pm to laugh. They combine contagious laughter exercises and breathing to laugh our way to happiness and better health. They practice joke-free, unconditional laughter. There are no difficult postures or sense of humor needed. Wear comfortable clothes. You will leave with a strengthened core muscles and a serious joy buzz!
Sounds wonderful doesn’t it? Sometimes you need to fake it ’till you make it and a class like this just may do the trick.
