Phalen Freeze Fest

Just show up and join the fun! Everyone’s invited for a day of outdoor fun at Lake Phalen! In partnership with local organizations, they will have ice fishing, boot hockey, fire building, snowshoeing and more! Wearing a face mask or covering is highly recommended. All are welcome.
