Pick-up Dodgeball

Looking for a great workout while reliving part of your childhood?  If so, join the Minneapolis Pick-up Dodgeball Meetup Group!  This group meets on Saturdays at 11am at the MLK Center in Minneapolis to play some good old fashioned dodgeball.  The cost to play is $3 per game to cover cost of the facility.  RSVPs are required.

I played a few rounds with this group awhile back and it’s super fun.  I just wish I didn’t have pathetically weak arms!  Dodgeball is a great workout for those who hate getting on a treadmill or lifting weights.
