There is no better way to end your thanksgiving dinner than a fabulous dessert. This Thanksgiving holiday impress your family and friends with a delicious homemade fruit galette (rustic tart), tarte tatin and a filled tart. We will begin with one tart dough that can be rolled flat or pressed in to form a shell. From those well prepare a PEAR, GINGER PECAN GALETTE; APPLE TARTE TATIN and a RASPBERRY TART.

We will demonstrate how to brine then prepare your bird for whole roasting, rotisserie, or splayed. We will cover the key elements of seasoning, cooking time and temperature, and carving to create the best grilled turkey you have had.
