If clubs, slutty First Avenue attire and high cover charges are not your thing, consider attending Red Carpet to Hell IV this Halloween.  This event is hosted by The Living Room and Prohibition lounge at the Foshay Tower.  There is NO COVER CHARGE and there will be a DJ, costume contest and themed cocktails.
