Review: Occupy Arden Hills

Last night I went to see the last preview show of Occupy Arden Hills by Brave New Workshop.  It’s not quite fair to review a show based on a preview but since I liked the show, I’m going to go for it.  The show will only get better as they work out all the kinks.

Occupy Arden Hills is a sketch comedy show Minnesota sports teams and the Occupy protests.  With recent news events, they had plenty of absurd content to work with.  It has not yet been confirmed what skits they will ultimately use for but I hope the yoga scene makes the cut.  The yoga scene felt disjointed (pun intended), but it was worth it.

Both me and my guest really enjoyed this show.  I highly recommend seeing Occupy Arden Hills or, Brother Can You Spare a Dome?  The show runs through April 14, 2012.
