As most people know by now, the great Whitney Houston has passed away.  I’ve posted about Freegal before but figured I would put together a post for all of you new to phenoMNal twin cities or who have forgotten about this great service.  Freegal is a program operated by the Hennepin and St. Paul libraries that allows library cardholders to download three MP3 songs each week from your personal computer.  Whitney Houston’s catalogue is available through this free service, which only requires your library card to download her music.
