Fitness in the Parks is a free exercise program that brings a variety of fitness activities to many of Saint Paul’s beautiful parks. Getting started is easy. Just pick a class you like and show up! There is no registration required and classes are open to all fitness levels. All ages welcome and no experience is necessary. Follow us on Facebook and Twitter for updates and cancellations.
Classes are offered many days of the week and at varying times so you can be sure to find one that fits your schedule. Most classes kick off in June, however, some are offered in May. Click here for a calendar, course info and location information.
