I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, Burger Jones has THE BEST cheese curds.  They are impossibly light and airy – fried to perfection.  Their beer batter is slightly salty, but the local, fresh cheese inside is so fresh it has just a touch of sweetness for a perfect contrast.
