A gym for those who hate “working out”

If you’re looking for a good guided workout but hate the word “gym,” Thrillist has found the place for you! The Movement is a gym of sorts whose operators will lead you through short unconventional routines such as hitting a tire with a hammer (pictured above).  These excercises are designed to use natural momentum and avoid excessive effort in training.  The Movement has locations in Plymouth and Uptown.
