Lake Harriet Winter Kite Festival

Kites of all shapes, sizes, colors and themes will fly over frozen Lake Harriet in conjunction with the Art Shanty Projects. Other fun family activities at the festival include ice fishing with free equipment and permits for kids.

A Shuttle will be provided to Lake Harriet from the Executive Building parking lot on the West side of Bde Maka Ska:
