Lake Harriet Winter Kite Festival

Kites of all shapes, sizes, colors and themes will fly over frozen Lake Harriet with games, DJ, smores and more!

A Shuttle will be provided to Lake Harriet from the Executive Building parking lot on the West side of Bde Maka Ska:
