The St. Paul Winter Carnival has plenty of outdoor events to bring some excitement to your winter! The main fun kicks off January 22, 2026 and runs through February 1, 2026. This carnival has been named the #4 winter carnival in the WORLD by National Geographic! There are too many awesome events to list but my top, budget-friendly picks include:
